You can always fight the ticket…maybe you’ll get an Judge who is Asian descent who’ll see this entire situation in a totally different light…then again, maybe you could sue your car manufacturer (Asian?) for not making the car with an automatic seatbelt…”If the law makes it mandatory that I wear a seatbelt, then it’s the responsibility of the auto manufacturer to ensure that the seatbelt automatically engages so I don’t have to manually do anything to abide by the law.”
